As someone who has spent over 20 years in the corporate environment, I have learned that in order to advance it takes more than hard technical skills. In the 21st century, soft skills are a major differentiator for employability and success in life. A study conducted by Harvard University noted that 80% of achievements in career are determined by soft (non-techincal) skills and only 20% by hard skills (technical).

I am always excited to have the opportunity to visit work environments, conferences, and participate in panel discussions to teach strategies for improvement in leadership, productivity, and employee engagement.
