What is The Mastermind?
The Mastermind is an exclusive 3-month group career coaching program. It offers a combination of brainstorming, education, peer accountability and support in a group setting to sharpen your business and personal skills. It helps the mastermind group members achieve success in executing their goals. Members challenge each other to set bold goals, and more importantly, to accomplish them. As the Mastermind facilitator, I help the group to dive deeply into discussions, and work with members to create success — as each member defines it.
How Does The Mastermind Work?
Through the mastermind group process, you create a career goal, then we work together to design a plan to execute it. The group helps you with creative ideas and wise decisions-making. Then, as you begin to implement your plan, you bring both success stories and problems to the group. Success stories are applauded (loudly!), and problems are solved through peer brainstorming and collective, creative thinking.
Each meeting has a mastermind group agenda, so that conversations stay on course. I make sure that conversations are deep and balanced, and that all mastermind group meeting agenda items are covered in the time allotted. We video conference as a group 1 day per week, for 2 hours, over a 3-month period. We also keep each other encouraged throughout the week in our group chat.
