Introduction
Crystal is someone who loves people and understands the importance of developing others. She strongly believes that every moment that we are given on earth is precious and that we must all identity our unique purpose and work hard to execute it. Fulfillment comes when our work connects directly to our WHY. She founded Diligent Living, LLC as a personal development services company to help women package their unique talents and marketable skills to achieve their boldest career goals. Crystal also has experienced her fair share of obstacles and roadblocks on her journey to fulfillment, which she now shares as her testimony. She knows that even when your vision is clear and you can articulate it, there are always obstacles in the path. It’s the joy and journey of clearing those obstacles that makes life rich and helps people to feel accomplished in the end.

Crystal has a strong passion for personal and professional development that has been sharpened with over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, Supply Chain, and Operations Management. She is a proud graduate of Texas Woman’s University and has a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Management. She is also certified in Lean Six Sigma, which has taught her to invest in human capital, eliminate waste, and maximize results.
Over the years she has discovered her purpose for helping those around her create strategies to pursue their own personal career goals to better equip them to provide for their families and influence their communities. She has assisted countless individuals in discovering their self-worth and gaining the confidence to diligently go after their life goals.
Crystal has received numerous awards and accolades for her transformational leadership style and she desires to teach others what she has learned along the way. Through her authentic and down to earth approach, she is able to genuinely connect with people and assist them in elevating their mindset.
Committed to the growth and development of girls, women, and healthcare leaders, Crystal frequently volunteers her time and expertise at local events, conferences, and colleges. Outside of work, she enjoys savoring life's pleasures with her family and friends, indulging in food, wine, and travel.
