Hello!

My name is Crystal V. Brown and I am honored that you stopped by!

I am an early bird who normally begins my day at about 4:30am, which gives me time to consume a cup of coffee and some daily inspiration through podcasts or audiobooks on my way into the office. On the weekends you can find me hosting workshops, attending social events with friends (pre-COVID of course), or staying in to enjoy a good romantic Hallmark movie! I am a proud mom to three boys, a beautiful Rottweiler name Bella, and the wife to a Mississippi Chicken Wing Master!
